Fire beef

4 servings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Beef sirloin (boneless steak)
¼ cup Minced onion
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
¼ cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 dash Of red pepper
2 tablespoons Ground toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Sesame-seed oil

Directions

Cut sirloin into paper-thin slices. This is easier to do if meat is first frozen until hard. Combine onion, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, black and red pepper, sesame seed, and oil; mix well. Pour over beef slices, coating each slice with the sauce. Grill on skewers over charcoal. Or broil in a broiler 6 inches from source of heat, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.

Makes 4 servings.
