Salmon and cod filo parcels

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Fresh Salmon; diced
½ pounds Fresh Cod; diced
10 Sheets filo pastry
3 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large Hand fresh basil; chopped
1 Pinches tumeric
1 Pinches curry powder
Half a lemon; juice of

Directions

1 Combine all the ingredients with the diced fish. Divide the mixture between the sheets of pastry.

2 Fold each filo sheet in half diagonally and then into quarters to form a samosa shaped parcel. Bake in a very hot 200c oven until crisp for 3-4 minutes. Brush with a little olive oil.
