Salmon cakes w/ basil & lime mayo

Ingredients

1 can Pink salmon
3 Green onions, sliced
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon Red curry paste
¼ cup Fish sauce
4 tablespoons Corn Starch
Black pepper
White pepper
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Sugar
Peanut oil, for frying
¼ cup Fat free miricle whip
1 teaspoon Tumeric
1 teaspoon Basil
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Fish sauce
Lime juice

Directions

MAYO SAUCE

Combine all ingredients except peanut oil. heat frying pan on medium heat. Form salmon into small patties and pan fry in a little peanut oil. Serve with Mayo Sauce and some choped cilantro and green onions.
