1 | tablespoon | Red curry paste |
¼ | cup | Fish sauce |
4 | tablespoons | Corn Starch |
Black pepper | ||

1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Peanut oil, for frying | ||
¼ | cup | Fat free miricle whip |
1 | teaspoon | Tumeric |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
Black pepper | ||
Fish sauce | ||
Lime juice |
Directions
MAYO SAUCE
Combine all ingredients except peanut oil. heat frying pan on medium heat. Form salmon into small patties and pan fry in a little peanut oil. Serve with Mayo Sauce and some choped cilantro and green onions.
