Salmon cakes or muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 1 lb can of salmon, flaked
½ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
teaspoon Dill weed
¼ teaspoon Tabasco or dash or cayenne pepper
¾ cup Cracker meal
2 Egg whites
½ cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well.

2. Shape into patties and place on a greased baking sheet or portion into greased muffin cups.

3. Bake at 400 F for about 20 min.
