2 tablespoons Scallion; chopped
1 Clove Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Jalapeno; minced
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Lime juice; fresh
3 tablespoons Lemon juice; fresh
2 teaspoons Cilantro; chopped
1 teaspoon Parsley; minced
Lemon or lime slices for Garnish

Directions
