Salsa picante (hot chili sauce)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 larges Tomatoes diced
1 Clove garlic small
¼ cup Onion minced
¼ cup Fresh coriander minced; (cilantro)
1 teaspoon Salt
2 larges Green chili peppers seeded and chopped

Directions

1. In mortar grind garlic, onions, and chili peppers. (Note - I would chop these coarsely in the food processor.) 2. Add tomatoes, coriander, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

3. Use mortar (molcajete) as serving dish.
