Salsa picante (hot chili sauce)

2 | larges | Tomatoes diced |
1 | Clove garlic small | |
¼ | cup | Onion minced |
¼ | cup | Fresh coriander minced; (cilantro) |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | larges | Green chili peppers seeded and chopped |
Directions
1. In mortar grind garlic, onions, and chili peppers. (Note - I would chop these coarsely in the food processor.) 2. Add tomatoes, coriander, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Use mortar (molcajete) as serving dish.
