Salsa verde (green chili sauce)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Flour
1 can Chopped green chilies; (4 oz.)
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter or bacon fat
1 can Stewed tomatoes; chopped, (16 oz.)
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 dash Ground cumin
2 cups.

Directions

Saute onion in butter in medium saucepan until tender, about 3 minutes.
