1 | Onion, large, crushed | |
1 | teaspoon | Coriander powder |
½ | teaspoon | Cumin powder |
½ | teaspoon | Laos powder (greater galangal) |
Salt to taste | ||
10 | Chiles, red, large, hot, crushed | |
6 | teaspoons | Terasi |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 | teaspoon | Palm sugar (or brown sugar) |
Peanut oil, as required |
Directions
Fry together in a little hot oil: garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, laos, brown sugar.
