2 | teaspoons | Fenugreek seeds |
2 | teaspoons | Mustard seeds |
½ | cup | Yellow split peas |
2 | teaspoons | Poppy seeds |
1 | Coconut | |
1 | large | Cinnamon stick broken into pieces |
1 | large | Bunch curry leaves |
2 | teaspoons | Turmeric |
Directions
Dry roast all ingredients except turmeric in a heavy saucepan until lightly colored. Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container.
