Sausage and veal

Ingredients

½ | pounds | Pork sausage |
2 | pounds | Boneless veal cut in |
Two inch cubes | ||
1 | cup | All purpose flour |
1 | medium | Yellow onion, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
½ | teaspoon | Basil |
¼ | teaspoon | Thyme |
¾ | cup | Dry white wine |
Directions
Brown sausage lightly. Remove from pan. Dredge veal with flour.
Brown in sausage drippings. Pour off all excess grease.
Add sausage, onion, paprika, basil and thyme and place in two quart casserole. Pour wine over casserole, cover and refrigerate.
When ready, bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1½ hours.
Serve over hot noodles using the delicious juice from the casserole as gravy.
