Sausage apple tuckaways

1 pounds Roll pork sausage
½ cup Chopped apple (1 small)
tablespoon Finely chopped celery

Directions

Cut sausage into 8 patties. Combine apple and celery. Place 2 TB of apple mixture on 4 of the patties. Place the other 4 patties on top and pinch edges together. Cook slowly 25 minutes until brown on both sides and thoroughly cooked. Serve very hot.
