Sausage apple tuckaways

1 | pounds | Roll pork sausage |
½ | cup | Chopped apple (1 small) |
1½ | tablespoon | Finely chopped celery |
Directions
Cut sausage into 8 patties. Combine apple and celery. Place 2 TB of apple mixture on 4 of the patties. Place the other 4 patties on top and pinch edges together. Cook slowly 25 minutes until brown on both sides and thoroughly cooked. Serve very hot.
