Sausage-potato bake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 mediums Potatoes,peel, thinly sliced
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Chopped green pepper
1 pounds Fullcook smoke sausage,slice
3 ounces Pkg cream cheese
cup Milk
½ cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Flour
½ teaspoon Thyme

Directions

Cook onion, potatoes and green pepper in boiling water till tender; drain. Turn into a 1½ qt. casserole. Add sliced sausage;toss lightly. Cut up cream cheese. Cook and stir cream cheese and milk till cream cheese melts. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, flour, thyme, and ⅛ tsp. pepper. Pour over potato mixture; stir. Cover and refrigerate for 3-24 hours. Before serving. Bake in 350 degree oven about 50 minutes. Submitted By CAROL VERGE On 04-13-95
