Sauteed courgettes with garlic and basil

Directions
Cut the courgettes into chunks. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and add them to it. Saut them briskly for abour 2 minutes. Add the garlic and saut for a further minute. Sprinkle in the basil, season well, transfer to a serving dish. Serve hot or cold.
