Savory fresh apricot bites

4 ounces Cream cheese; softened
½ cup Pistachios; finely chopped
12 Fresh apricots; halved

Directions

1. Stir cream cheese until smooth; pipe or spoon into apricot halves.

2. Sprinkle tops with pistachios.

3. Serve as an appetizer, snack, or dessert.
