Savoury carrot muffims

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Produce Partners Honey Sesame Carrot
; Glaze
3 cups Self-raising flour
1 cup Grated mature cheese
2 Carrots; peeled and grated
2 Eggs
1 cup Yoghurt
2 cups Milk

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl combine the packet contents, flour, grated cheese and carrots, then mix well.

2. Beat together the eggs and yoghurt and stir into the centre of the mix.

Fold in 1 cup milk, continue adding milk until mixture is a soft dropping consistency.

3. Fill greased muffin tin ⅔ full with mixture.

4. Bake in a moderately hot oven (190C) for 22 to 25 minutes until golden and firm.

5. Serve warm or cold with butter or on its own with soup or salad.
