Scallop and shrimp stir fry

3 tablespoons Olive oil
4 Minced garlic cloves
1 Sliced onion - crescent style
6 Sliced mushrooms
2 Thinly sliced carrots
2 Sliced celery stalks
1 Chopped tomato
½ pounds Shrimp - peeled; cleaned
½ pounds Scallops
½ cup White wine
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Directions: In a wok, heat the olive oil until hot. Add the garlic, onion, mushrooms, carrots, celery, tomato, shrimp, and scallops. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the white wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cover and simmer for 4 minutes. As an option, you can add cream of mushroom soup. Serve with rice or pasta.
