Seafood boil for shrimp, crab, crawfish

Date: Tue, 16 Jul 1996 13:08:56 -0500 This is from _Hoppin' John's Lowcountry Cooking_. I haven't tried it myself ~ but I'd *really* like to know how it turns out. Since we've been discussing X-mas gifts, this looks like it might be a good one! Place all ingredients except the salt in a blender and blend until evenly ground. Add the salt and blend briefly to incorporate the salt into the seasonings. Store in well-sealed jars in a cool, dark, dry place.
Allow ½ T mix for each quart of water, plus half a lemon. For shrimp you will need a quart of water per pound of shrimp.
