the following together: millet, rye, buckwheat, dried corn, wheat, barley, and brown rice. 3 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. apricot or soy oil ½ cup dried dates, grated in blender, if desired ½ cup water 1 Tbsp.
sesame seeds Mix wheat flour and seven-grain flour in a bowl. Blend honey, oil, dates, and water; add to flour mixture and mix well.
Place mixture between two sheets of waxed paper. Using a rolling pin roll ¼ inch thick. Remove top sheet of waxed paper; sprinkle mixture with sesame seeds, and press seeds into dough with rolling pin. Cut into 1-½ by 1-½ inch square or diamond shapes and place on dehydrator tray.
