Sharon's applesauce raisin cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Dark brown sugar
1 cup Butter
2½ cup Flour
2 cups Applesauce
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add applesauce, raisins and nuts. Sift flour, soda and spices together and add to mixture. Gradually beat after each addition. Pour into greased 9" x 13" pan and bake for 30 mins. at 375 deg.
