Lucy's applesauce cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Shortening
1½ cup Apples -- chopped
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Walnuts
1 teaspoon Soda water
1 cup Flour
1 Egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and spread into an 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
