Shrimp and scallops in wine sauce

3 pounds Medium shrimp; cleaned
3 pounds Bay scallops
4 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Cornstarch
6 cups Milk; or less, depending upon desired consistency
cup White wine
6 cups Cooked white rice

Directions

Cook shrimp and scallops until done; set aside; slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly; add wine, shrimp and scallops serve over rice.
