Shrimp creole #07

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Shrimp; boiled, shelled and deveined
6 slices Bacon
1 medium Onion
1 Clove garlic
1 can (16-oz) tomatoes; chopped
1 medium Bell pepper
½ cup Catsup (up to)
3 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
Hot Sauce

From: Debbie Grayson <Blueiis1@...> Date: Thu, 1 Aug 1996 21:58:40 -0400 Fry bacon and remove from pan. Add onion, chopped, bellpepper, chopped and garlic. Saute till brown in the bacon drippings. Add all other ingredients except shrimp. Simmer for 20 minutes and add shrimp. Serve over rice. My husband will not eat shrimp any way but this way. I have tried many recipes for shrimp creole and this one was the best. Hope it works for you! EAT-L Digest 31 July 96
