Sicilian fish sauce for pasta

1 | cup | Peeled fresh tomatoes chop |

3 | Tilapia fillets; cubed or | |
Any firm sweet non oily fish | ||
½ | pounds | Spaghetti cooked |
Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Saute chopped scallion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add tomatoes, basil and salt and pepper to taste and let cook for about 5 minutes until tomatoes resolve into a sauce. Add fish cubes and simmer on low until fish is tender. Place cooked pasta with fish sauce in a large serving bowl and serve with the cheese, crusty bread and a salad.
