Fish in sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 larges Fillets of fish
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
½ cup Sour cream
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Chopped onions
1 can Whole tomatoes peeled
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 cup Water

Directions

INGREDIENTS

Simmer all ingredients except cream over a slow fire about 20 minutes or until fish is done. Remove fish, add cream and continue to cook until sauce is thick. Pour sauce over fish when serving. Just about any fish that can be filleted can be used in this recipe.
