Fish with capersauce

2 Lemons,juice and grated peel
2 tablespoons Capers,chopped,finely
2 Garlic Cloves, smashed
8 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg
22 ounces Fishfilet
Oil for frying

Directions

1. Sprinkle fish with the lemonjuice. 2. Mix breadcrumbs with capers,garlic and lemon peel, add salt and pepper. 3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it, then in the bread crumb mix until coated very good. 4. Heat oil and fry the fish crispy brown on both sides.
