1 medium Onion; chopped
½ cup Dry red wine
1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte Fresh-Cut Diced Tomatoes; No Salt Added
1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte Mixed Vegetables; No Salt Added

Prep & cook time: 22 minutes

1. Brown meat and onion in 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet.

2. Stir in wine; bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, over medium heat, until liquid is gone, about 7 minutes.

3. Add tomatoes; reduce heat; cover and cook 10 minutes or until meat is tender.

4. Add vegetables; heat through.
