Italian beef and noodle skillet

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
12 ounces Lean beef strips; (round, ok)
1 26 oz can spaghetti sauce
8 ounces Uncooked noodles
3 cups Frozen broccoli cuts

Directions

1. In large, deep, preferably nonstick skillet, heat oil until hot but not smoking. Add beef strips and stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes until browned. Remove beef. 2. Stir in spaghettin sauce, 3 cups water, the noodles and broccoli.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 8 to 10 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times, until noodles are firm-tender and broccoli is hot. Stir in beef. 2 1/2BR, 2 1/2P, 4V, 1/2FA. (451 cal, 10gm fat) Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
