Skillet paella

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Shrimp,cleaned
2 tablespoons Butter
cup Water 10 oz pkg. green peas
1 pack French's Spice Your Rice Chicken and Herb Flavor seasoning
cup Rice
4 ounces Cooked ham,cut into thin strips
½ cup Sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 cup Halved cherry tomatoes

Directions

Saute shrimp in melted butter,2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.Add water,peas and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.Cover,remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with fork.Makes 4 servings.
