Slow-cooker sage dressing

7 cups Dry bread cubes or unseasond croutons
1 cup Freshly chopped onion
1 cup Chopped celery
3 cups Apple; chopped, unpeeled
¼ cup Fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Rubbed sage
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
1 cup To 1/12 stock

Directions

Spray walls of slow-cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for one hour, stir well; cook on low 2-3 hours. 116 cal per serving.
