Smoked turkey hash

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Smoked turkey ; chopped
1 large Onion; chopped
10 Cloves garlic; minced
5 larges Potatoes, boiled and mashed
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons Nuoc mam
4 tablespoons High-grade soy sauce, or liquid
Aminos (unfermented soy sauce)
2 tablespoons Black pepper
Canola oil

Directions

Coat bottom of frying pan with canola oil. Chop onion and fry over medium heat until translucent. Add all other ingredients, mix well, and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, or until potatoes are beginning to brown, turning frequently. Remove from heat and serve.
