Snacking cornbread (nathalie dupree)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Eggs
½ cup Peanut oil
1 cup Sour cream
7 ounces Can creamed corn
1 cup Self-rising cornmeal mix

Directions

Grease and 8-by-8-inch pan. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Beat together the eggs, oil, sour cream and corn. Add the corn meal mix.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake 30-40 minutes.
