2 teaspoons Cream of tartar
cup Sugar COOKIES:
1 cup Butter, softened
2 Eggs
1 pack Mix
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

Mix: Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Snickerdoodles: Preheat oven to 375. Cream butter until light; add eggs and beat until smooth. Add mix and continue to beat until dough begins to form. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
