Sonora cheese dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese; shredded
2 cups Mild cheddar cheese; shredded
6 Green onions; sliced
cup Sweet red pepper; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Jalapeno peppers, seeded; finely chopped

Directions

Melt together cheeses in the top of a double boiler over simmering water for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in green onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper.

Serve hot with tortilla chips.
