½ pounds Green seedless grapes
½ Cantaloupe; chunked
¼ Pineapple; chunked
½ cup Shredded moist coconut
¼ cup Pecans; chopped
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
Pomegranate seeds; for garni

Directions

Recipe by: Grant Corner Inn Breakfast and Brunch In medium bowl mix fruits, coconut and pecans. Stir together sour cream, honey and vanilla and mix well into fruits. Serve in footed glass dessert dishes, garnished with pomegranate seeds.
