Sour cream apple pie #3

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Sour cream
1 Beaten egg
2 teaspoons Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt.
2 cups Finely chopped apples
1 9- or 10-inch deep pie shell; unbaked
½ cup Sugar
6 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup Butter; at room temperature

Bake pie shell 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cool. Combine all but apples in bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in apples. Add to cooled pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until mixture is almost set.

Topping: Mix until crumbly. Spread on pie. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
