Southwestern pork chops

1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 Pork rib chops
1 cup Salsa
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese; shredded

Directions

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min.

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Saut‚ pork chops 2 minutes per side.

Add salsa and cumin. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover skillet and simmer 6-7 minutes or until pork is cooked throughout. Spoon sauce over pork and sprinkle with cheese.
