Special pork chops

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 larges Pork chops
1 Onion; cut in 4 slices
¼ cup Peanut butter
½ can Cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Brown chops slowly in skillet without any added oil or fat. Pour off excess fat that collects. Top each chop with onion slice. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over chops. Cover & cook slowly about 45 minutes.
