Spiced cranberry-orange mold~

Ingredients

1 pack Jell-O orange sugar-free
Gelatin -- (8-serving
Size) *
cup Boiling water
1 can 16 oz Whole berry cranberry sauce **
1 cup Cold water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
teaspoon Ground cloves -- **
1 Orange -- sectioned/diced

Directions

* Or 2 pkgs. 4-serving-size or any red flavor sugar free gelatin. ** Or use 1½ cups chopped fresh cranberries mixed with 1 packet sugar substitute. Omit cloves. Stir in with orange.

Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.

Refirerate about 1 ½ hours or until thickened. Stir in orange.

Spoon into 5-cup mold. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.

Unmold. Garnish as desired. Makes 10 servings.

VARIATION: Use regular Jell-O brand gelatin in this recipe. Stir in ½ cup chopped walnuts with orange.
