Spicy apple crumble

Ingredients

3 ounces Butter; (75g)
4 ounces Plain flour; (100g)
2 ounces Rolled oats; (50g)
2 ounces Soft brown sugar; (50g)
¾ teaspoon Schwartz Ground Allspice
1 pounds Cooking apples - peeled and thinly sliced; (450g)
1 ounce Caster sugar; (25g)
1 Orange - juice and grated rind

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F, 190C, Gas Mark 5.

Rub the butter into the flour and mix in the oats, sugar and Ground Allspice. Mix the apple slices with the sugar, orange juice and zest and place in a pie dish. Top with the crumble mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
