Spicy chicken and rice casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Cooked chicken breasts
1 6-oz box of Uncle Ben's wild rice
1 pack (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 medium Onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
½ pounds Pepper jack cheese; grated

Directions

Cook chicken and chop. Cook rice according to package directions.

Saute onion in margarine. To onion add cooked rice, broccoli and soup. Mix all together. Then mix in chopped chicken and cheese. Pour into casserole, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
