Spicy drumsticks with blue cheese sauce

1 | cup | Plain nonfat yogurt |
2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
2 | tablespoons | Finely crumbled blue cheese (1 ounce) |
½ | teaspoon | Celery seed CHICKEN |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
1 | To 2 teaspoons red pepper sauce | |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
12 | Chicken drumsticks (about 2 pounds) |
Directions
Prepare Blue Cheese Sauce. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in glass or plastic bowl or heavy plastic bag Add chicken drumsticks; toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least I hour.
Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with non stick cooking spray. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Broil chicken about 6 inches from heat 20 minutes; turn chicken. Broil 15 to 20 minutes longer or until done. Serve with Blue Cheese Sauce.

Blue Cheese Sauce
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate I hour.
