Spicy sesame noodles from pamela sue martin

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | pounds | Noodles, Asian or regular kind |
⅓ | cup | Peanut butter |
½ | cup | Water |
¾ | pounds | Firm tofu, (mashed or cubed) |
¼ | cup | Dry sherry, or mirin |
6 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
4 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
1 | tablespoon | Honey, or sugar |
3 | tablespoons | Sesame seeds |
½ | teaspoon | Cayenne |
1 | Cucumber, sliced | |
4 | Green onions, sliced |
Directions
Cook noodles according to directions. Stir peanut butter and water over low heat. Add next 7 ingredients and stir. Drain noodles and toss with sauce.
Sprinkle green onions and cucumber over the top and serve.
