Spicy short ribs geo foreman grill

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Short Ribs Well Trimmed; 2 1/2 Wide
¾ cup Onion; Chopped Coarsely
4 Cloves Garlic; Quartered
3 Jalapeno Peppers; Seeded & Chopped
2 tablespoons All Spice
1 tablespoon Ginger; Minced
2 tablespoons Veg Oil
1 teaspoon Fresh Grated Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Salt
12 Fresh Bay Leaves

Directions

In food processor combine onion, garlic, jalapeno peppers, allspice, ginger, oil, nutmeg and salt. Puree. Put mixture into bowl and lay the short ribs down , dice cut the 2½ in short rib cubes as follows. Cut halfway to bone every ½ inch deep. Combine ribs with marinade, cover and marinate 4-5 hour in refrigerator. Preheat grill 5 minutes. place short ribs on grill bone sid down. Cook 4-5 minutes, turning three times during cooking time. May take longer than the 4-5 minutes, Brown on all sides.
