Spicy vegetable stir fry (sambarah)

50 grams Butter; (2oz)
1 Red onion; sliced
1 tablespoon Schwartz Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Schwartz Ground Ginger
3 Carrots; cut into
; matchsticks
350 grams White cabbage; shredded (12oz)
1 Green pepper; sliced
50 grams Peanuts; (2oz)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion until softened. Add the Garam Masala and Ginger and fry for 1 minute.

Add the remaining vegetables, peanuts, salt and pepper and stir fry for 7-8 minutes until the vegetables have softened.
