Spinach & red onion salad

6 cups Torn fresh spinach
¼ Small red onion, thinly -
Sliced
1 Apple, chopped
¼ cup 2% plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Apple juice
teaspoon Cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon Salt
Pinch of pepper

Directions
