Spinach with onions

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Fresh spinach;
2 tablespoons Margarine;
½ cup Onion;
dash Each nutmeg, thyme, salt
dash Freash ground pepper;

Directions

Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in to top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges.
