Spinach slaw

Ingredients

8 cups Iceberg lettuce -- shredded
5 cups Spinach -- shredded
4 cups Shredded red cabbage
3 cups Shredded cabbage
1 cup Mayonnaise -- or salad
Dressing
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, toss lettuce, spinach and cabbage; cover and refrigerate. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, spinach and cabbage; cover and refrigerate. In a small bowl, combine remianing ingredients; cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
