Spinach souffle^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 mediums Potatoes, boiled
2 Egg whites
2 tablespoons Skim milk
2 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
1 pack (10oz) thawed, drained
Chopped spinach

Directions

Process all ingredients except spinach until smooth. Add spinach and blend until smooth. Bake in a sprayed baking dish at 375F. 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Makes 4-5 servings.
