¼ | teaspoon | Shrimp paste, grilled lightly, or 1 anchovy fillet |
Directions
Place chilli, onion and tomatoes in a bowl and steam until tender.
Put in a blender with salt to taste and shrimp paste to make into a very fine paste. Or pound in a mortar.
Yields 1 small bowl.
