1 cup Warm water
1 tablespoon Yeast
1 cup Oatmeal
2 tablespoons Oil
2 teaspoons Salt
¾ cup Molasses
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Cold water (up to)
cup Of flour

From: Marni Tuttle <tuttle@...> Date: Tue, 6 Dec 1994 23:06:49 GMT Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in cup warm water. Sprinkle 1 tbsp yeast on top. Mix in bowl: 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tsp salt, and ¾ cup molasses. Add 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water. With fork stir yeast, add to mixture. Add 6 to 6-½ cups of flour. Knead. Let rise to twice size. Punch down. Make into rolls. Dob with margarine on top. Let rise. Bake 350F for 15+ minutes.
